Riding the wave of excitement surrounding the release of the live-action interpretation of Disney’s Beauty & the Beast, Adventures by Disney has announced a series of Beauty and the Beast-themed cruises along Europe’s Rhine River. Guests will visit the French town of Riquewihr, an idyllic French village reminiscent of Belle’s hometown; partake in culinary experiences inspired by the movie (think beef ragout and cheese souffle); and get to watch screenings of both the live-action and animated versions of the film.
There are also a wide range of activities to keep kids occupied like special movie and game nights, yodeling lessons, a giant chessboard, and ice cream parties. And while you won’t see Belle or Beast onboard, you might see staff dressed in attire inspired by the Disney classics. Young guests can also expect surprise giveaways throughout the trip—our favorites are the daily Disney pins with artwork inspired by the places visited during the trip.
