Red-meat lovers are drawn to chef Michel Thueurel's exceptional beef rib steak roasted in salt, the house specialty. There are other tempting traditional French and Belgian choices, too, mostly beef but with a couple of other choices (coq au vin, for example) as well. Upscale in every way, with gliding waiters, heavy silver cutlery, and linen tablecloths, the eatery is a favorite of politicians and high society.
