What is Word of Mouth?
Sharing your trip with us and other travelers is easy—write a member review or start a topic in the forums. You might see yourself quoted in a future Fodor's guide as part of our Word of Mouth features! We value your experience, so we include your tips, stories, and suggestions in our guides. If you're quoted in a Fodor's guide, we will offer you a complimentary guide of your choice.
How do I find out if I was quoted?
If you are quoted in one of our guides, you will receive an e-mail of congratulations and an offer of a complimentary Fodor's guide of your choice. We typically send these e-mails around the time the guide is published. Please be sure that the e-mail address associated with your account is valid. You can update your e-mail by going to your "Account settings" page.
Where is my complimentary guide?
We apologize if you requested a guide and have not yet received it. Typically it takes two to four weeks to receive the guide. If you're wondering where yours is, please e-mail us at forums@fodors.com, and we'll make sure that your guide reaches you.
