Superb service is delivered with a smile by waiters and stewards who greet you by name from almost the moment you board. Utter contentment is assured with such a high ratio of staff members to pamper passengers. The open bridge policy means you can stop by when you wish for a chat with the captain or his navigation staff; however, don't count on a warm reception at all times. They may be busier than they appear to be. Keep in mind that tightened security measures also might prevent you from stopping in for a visit.
