Restaurants

Two restaurants, including Compass Rose, the main dining room, function on an open-seating basis, so there are no set dining assignments. For alternative dining, Portofino Grill, the daytime buffet, is converted to a reservations-only evening trattoria serving Mediterranean cuisine accompanied by spirited Italian-style entertainment. A poolside grill serves casual daytime meals.
