Restaurants

Breakfast and lunch are open-seating in two main dining rooms. For dinner, one dining room offers two traditional assigned seatings; the other has open seating. Three extra-charge specialty restaurant options—one featuring Italian dishes, a café that serves Mediterranean cuisine, and the third a casual dinner served in an area set aside adjacent to the grill—require dinner reservations. The buffet is open 24 hours, and the outdoor grill and café are lunch options. A coffee bar serves specialty coffees and teas, and caviar is available in the champagne bar. There is a charge for room service.
