Overview
Famed—and controversial—Italian architect Renzo Piano designed this ship for Princess Cruises. Christened Crown Princess, she was the flagship of the Princess fleet and one of the largest cruise ships in 1990. She was rechristened Ocean Village Two in 2006 after spending a stint with a German cruise line as the AIDAblu. Her unusual profile is capped by a dome forward on the top deck; originally a massive casino and entertainment complex, it now houses a spa, fitness center, and teen center.
