Restaurants

The formal restaurant serves open-seating breakfast and lunch and offers international cuisine in two traditional early and late assigned dinner seatings or, in a new option for 2011, Open Dining by Reservation (available between 6:15 and 9:15 pm). Although there's no additional charge for the intimate Asian- and Italian-specialty restaurants, reservations are required, and a gratuity is suggested for the servers. Exclusive Wine & Champagne Makers dinners are hosted in the Vintage Room. On select evenings, theme dinners are held poolside. Other dining choices include Tastes, a casual café serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner; the Lido buffet for breakfast and lunch; a poolside grill for casual lunch throughout the afternoon; The Bistro, a specialty coffee and wine bar offering morning and afternoon snacks; and an ice-cream bar. Afternoon tea is served in the Palm Court. Room service is available 24 hours, and during dinner hours selections can be delivered from the formal restaurant menu. Suite passengers also have the option of ordering dinner from the specialty restaurants, which is served by their butlers.
