May I Have This Dance: While the discos are certainly lively, we prefer the nightly live music and lower-key energy level of the ships' Grand Bar ballrooms for dancing.

Our Favorite Spot for a Nightcap: We like to kick back under the stars in lounge chairs on the pool deck, where we can catch a late-night movie on the big screen.

Best Snack Food Choices: What would an Italian cruise ship be without pizza and gelato? We love all the pizza varieties and the authentic frozen treats.

Most Civilized Custom: Unlike North Americans, Europeans are accustomed to enjoying their after-dinner coffee in a café. It's a relaxing time for quiet conversation and serious people-watching, so when in Rome, do as the Romans do and join us at the coffee bar for an espresso. Avoid ordering cappuccino, though. That's considered a breakfast drink in Italy.
