You may use an MP3 jukebox stocked with all types of music at no charge during your cruise.

The bar is always open with a wide selection, but an additional fee applies to certain wines and premium liquor brands.

Activities directors conduct informal talks prior to each port of call to help you orient yourself ashore.

SeaDream yachts began sailing in 1984 beneath the Sea Goddess banner and, after a couple changes of ownership and total renovation in 2002, they have evolved into the ultimate boutique ships. A voyage on one of these sleek megayachts is all about personal choice. Passengers enjoy an unstructured holiday at sea doing what they please, making it easy to imagine the diminutive vessel really is a private yacht. The ambience is refined and elegantly casual.

Choose If ...

You enjoy dining as an event, as courses are presented with a flourish and wines flow freely.

You don't like to hear the word "no."

You have good sea legs. In rough seas, the SeaDream yachts tend to bob up and down.

Don't Choose If ...

You like to dress up. A sport coat is okay, no one ever wears a tie on these ships.

You must have a balcony: there are none.

You need structured activities: You'll have to plan your own.

Don't miss cocktails before dinner, when the activities director gives a brief overview of the next day's port of call and other happenings. There's a daily schedule, but you'll miss a lot of fun and camaraderie if you skip the cocktail hour. You may also miss a last-minute decision by the captain to extend a port call or even change the order of ports if there's something interesting going on ashore.
