Public Areas & Facilities
This ship is similar in layout to Century and Galaxy. The ships have facilities for children and teens; although the Galaxy's are larger, they seem almost an afterthought. Adults fare better with spectacular spas and sophisticated lounges dedicated to a variety of tastes. The dining rooms are nothing short of gorgeous. Overall, the first impression is of a fine resort hotel that just happens to float.
Restaurants
The formal two-deck restaurant serves evening meals in two assigned seatings and is supplemented by a casual Lido restaurant serving buffet-style breakfast and lunch. (By night, the Lido restaurant is a reservations-only restaurant.) New are an upscale specialty restaurant and Spa Cafe.
What Works & What Doesn't
For sheer tranquillity, head for the heavenly AquaSpa. Be forewarned, though, the posh and soothing surroundings translate into dollars; unless you're occupying a suite or have booked a massage or other treatment from the spa menu, plan to pay a fee for relaxing in the huge thalassotherapy saltwater pool, though it's arguably a spa treatment unto itself. Cova Café serves some wonderful treats but can also separate you from some cash. Ask before ordering.
Accommodations

As on all Celebrity ships, cabins are thoughtfully designed with ample closet and drawer-shelf storage, as well as bathroom shelves. Some ocean-view cabins and suites have balconies with chairs and tables. Favorites
Best Dessert:
Just about any selection from the rolling tea cart on the day Elegant Tea is offered.
Best Splurge:
Cova Café di Milano is somewhat loosely styled after its Italian namesake, which opened in 1817 next to Milan's La Scala Opera House. Featuring Cova liqueurs, chocolates, and fresh pastries, it's a delightful sidewalk café-style spot to order up the best coffee on board while you polish your people-watching skills. There's a charge for the specialty coffee and Cova treats, but complimentary croissants and pastries are available in the morning and late afternoon.
Our Favorite Spot for a Nightcap:
The stogie craze has all but died, and the air has cleared in Michael's Clubs, the lounges formerly devoted to cigar smoking. Now billed as piano bars, they remain quiet spaces for after-dinner cordials.
Unexpected Luxury:
Penthouse suites have outdoor whirlpool tubs on their balconies.
