Presented By
MSC Armonia

Art deco forms are apparent in the MSC Armonia's reception lobby, but beyond that the interior décor could be termed minimalist modern with some funky chair styles and colors that range from bland to bright. While sister ship MSC Sinfonia was said to be inspired by the musical notes used by European composers in great symphonies, it's difficult to make that connection. However, it's easy to see that this ship holds the decorative edge. The cigar room is the most traditional space on board with its wood paneling and overstuffed chairs and sofas flanking a faux fireplace.

Europeans -- and especially Italians -- tend to prefer going "out for coffee" following dinner, which is why most MSC Cruises ships have specialty coffee bars. Dining room waiters may not understand the concept of coffee with dessert, something that many Americans are accustomed to.
