I just wanted to pass along an issue with Xanterra on my reservation for GTNP and Yellowstone this summer. My reservation information was somehow sent to a person unconnected to Xanterra (who forwarded it to me, even though my email address was typed in correctly).
I called Xanterra and they reconfirmed my reservation and assured me the glitch was taken care of. However, today I received a reservation from another person not connected to me.
I didn't know if anyone else has had this experience, but I wouldn't recommend making reservations on the Internet until they figure out what is going on.
