Wisconsin Rapids

I'm looking for a local or someone who has visited Wisconsin Rapids recently....anyone familiar with Hotel Mead? I can't seem to find anything more than 1 recent review on another site...seems like a la-dee-da place but the rates are reasonable.....and also, anyone familiar with AmericInn, also in Wisconsin Rapids?
