Willamette one or two days?

So thank you all for your suggestions and advises. due to that we wont take the dogs with us and we will do the Road Trip with our van and NOT with the RV, and combining cheep hotels and camping.
we are debating should we spend two night in Williamette (Couger Reseroir looks beautiful for camping, isn't is?) OR one night there and then maybe go even farther to Columbia River George....
I really don't want to rush things although I know Columbia River is a not to miss place, but I wonder if in his trip it wont be too much (more driving and less spending time in sites)
this is my maybe plan for now:

Day 1- Lassen Volcanic park
(depend on time Morssbrae falls OR Emigrant lake)
sleeping in Ashland

Day 2- crater lake
diamond lake
road 138- camping in on of the campground along the road OR Hotel

Day 3- Willamette
Couger Reservoir looks beautiful BUT I wonder if there is other places there to see. two days is too much in Williamette? what best to see in willamette?should we spend one night there and one night in Columbia River George and from there down on 101 back home to Sacramento OR maybe to reach CRG is too much regardless....?!?!

Thanks guys this forum is extremely helpful!!
Thank you!
