Spring Break is last week in March. We have two kids under ten and will be visiting the in-laws in Ft. Lauderdale, as we owe them a visit BIG TIME (2.5 years since we've been down there!)
I'll try to get best possible package deal using Orbitz, Expedia, etc., but was wondering if anyone had any advice as to whether we'd get a better price earlier, as in now, or later, like Jan. or Feb.
Thanks in advance!
Will we get better price on Spring Break trip booking now, or closer to date?

There are no guarantees with these things, but if you're seeing good prices now, I would lock in. I've found November to be a very good month to make Spring Break reservations and I've never ended up regretting it later. Some years, the prices seem to become absolutely eye-popping as the cheap seats book out. A lot would depend on where you are flying from, but again, it's a high demand period and fares climb as availabilities tighten.
I have to agree with above poster. When it is a busy timeframe and you see something reasonable now best to strike while the iron is hot. I recently purchased air fare (well 2 weeks ago) that to date has nearly doubled. Same flights same destination. I am glad I purchased when I did.
