Will the DC cherry blossoms schedule be all screwed up this year?

I saw on tonight's CBS Evening News that some cherry trees in Washington DC were blossoming today. What will this mean to the timing of the peak of the blossoming this spring? I am hoping for a "normal" April 1st look at the flowers.
