Which Town at the Jersey Shore?

Jump to last reply

Hi All - I am planning a last minute getaway to the Jersey Shore for a few days and was hoping for ideas on which town would be best suited for us.

We are in our mid-30's and travelling with our 2 year old. We are looking for beautiful beaches, comfortable and child friendly lodging, convenient to quaint/cute town, good restaurants, etc. We really want to AVOID the "Jersey Shore scene" - i.e, Snookie and the party crowd :-) It would also be ideal for us if we don't have to drive once we arrive - walk to the beach, walk to town, etc.

I know the Jersey Shore has some wonderful towns - any ideas are much appreciated. Thanks!!
