Which car service from LaGuardia?

It looks like a private car service is our best bet for getting the five of us from LaGuardia to Midtown. I've got the following companies & prices, plus tolls and tip for a minivan:

Tel Aviv - $35
Carmel - $40
Classic - $47

Any reason why I shouldn't just pick the least expensive?

Anyone have any experience with these companies?
