I wouldn't actually PAY to fly any of them in first class to Hawaii unless you're flying from the east coast. I'd upgrade with miles or suffer in coach, but the dollar difference between coach and first is huge.

We are coming from Tampa, FL so it is a long flight. About 12 hours and it is our wedding and honeymoon vacation - so we want to go all out. Continental is $2,300 per person and the rest fall around $1,700 per person. If we can, we'd like to use FF Miles from AmEx but 150,000 miles for Continental is just ridicules. I haven't read any good things about Delta's first class as far a seats and service go. We have a hold on American West to Phoenix and Hawaiian Air from Phoenix to HNL using 80,000 miles per person. They have better flight times then Delta because they get to HNL an hour earlier which gives us that much more time to get to Kauai and up to Princeville before it starts getting dark.
Thanks ahead for any advise anyone here on the boards can offer.
