At Lake Powell marina there's Wahweap, which has a restaurant. This is convenient to the marina in case you are there mainly for houseboating or brought your own boat, but several miles from Page so not as convenient.
In Page there are several newer motels (including a couple of budget ones like Motel 6) on the south leg of the city loop road, with a couple of restaurants. This is not as built up as the northern loop though.
Some older plus newer motels on the north leg of the loop, with more restaurants. Also closer to more shops and exhibits etc. Hotels on this north leg include a couple of Best Westerns, Holiday Inn Express, Super 8, a nice Mariott by the golf course (and several more). Any would likely be OK, depending on your budget. Of the 5 or so we've stayed at I liked the Mariott best but it's a bit of a walk to the town center, and also liked Holiday Inn Express because they had a good free breakfast.
We stayed at the Quality Inn not too far from the lake. It had a restaurant, and a full breakfast was included in the room price.
