What happed to Striped Bass in Philadelphia?

This is/was our favorite restaurant when visiting Philadelphia, and I went online to book it for a big birthday, and it's gone...what happened? What's going in its place?

Oh I know - it closed at the end of June. We loved that place. It will reopen as a steak place in Oct. - Here's a link about it:

It was very good but very expensive. I suspect that expensive may be going out of style now that Le Bec-Fin is changing its menu to 'a la carte'.
