Weekend getaway in Boston 2/8-2/10

We've been to Boston many times, have seen or been to most typical tourist sites. Looking for suggestions for something different, special event, etc. Will be checking in the Globe events section but thought Fodorites might have an idea or two. Thanks in advance.

thanks for the suggestions,will check out phoenix as well as the other 2 which I'd never heard of. I had found a play, Other Desert Cities, and Bread & Pupppet Theater performance which interested me but both end before we get there. I'll keep looking. I appreciate the suggestions and will follow up on any others that appear here.

Have you visted the Boston Harbor Islands? They have some interesting tours, although not sure what will be going on during your visit, but you can check it out.
