Washington During Shutdown

Jump to last reply

We are coming in town this weekend and had our schedule centered around National Parks, but with the government shutdown, we may have to start over from scratch. Our original itinerary is below.

Friday 10/4 ~ Olympic National Park (Hurricane Ridge, Lake Crescent & Ruby Beach)
Saturday 10/5 ~ Mt. St. Helens
Sunday 10/6 ~ Snoqualmie Falls

Any suggestions for parks we can go to despite the government shutdown? Perhaps those that have an entrance that's not monitored? We've been considering the Chain Lakes Loop, but welcome other suggestions! Thanks so much for your help!
