Want to share 1 way mule trip up from bottom of grand canyon Oct 11, 2012?

Jump to last reply

I am visiting the Grand Canyon with several friends October 2012. We are planning to hike down to Phantom Ranch together, but I want to ride the mules back up. One friend is committed to hiking back up, and one is undecided. The trip down doesn't sound too hard, but I decided I could stop stressing about training and instead look forward to the trip if I knew I wouldn't have to hike up!

When you make a reservation to only ride the mules one way, you have to pay for five mules even if you only have one or two riders. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in riding one of these mules back up for a share of the fee. I would need to hear from you by October 4 at the latest to add you to the reservation.
