Walt Disney World Ritz Carlton

I want to spend some time at walt disney world for a roamntic trip.
I am going to EPCOT Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom and MGM Studios
what are the best attractions for a 30 year old ?
What is the best haute dining in the parks ?
should I hire a car?
anything to do outside of the parks ?

Victoria and Alberts and the Steakhouse in the Contempary Resort
should I get a VIP Package ?
