Me and my wife will be visiting Grand Forks during May this year. How do we get there from New York? What Tourist Attractions are in this area, and possible places to stay.
Thank you

You should have a much better trip to Grand Forks this year than you would have last year! There hasn't been much snow this year - so chance of a repeat flood is low - thank goodness!
Easiest bet to get there would be to fly - I believe there are flights that connect from Minneapolis to Grand Forks - or I would recommend flying into Fargo, ND, and driving up to Grand Forks - it would offer more to see. Grand Forks is going thru a major rebuild of downtown - not sure what would be available as far as touristy things. The Air Force Base is located there. A short trip north would take you to Winnipeg - which has many fun things to see. Enjoy your trip to ND!
