Vancouver to Langley, Washington

Jump to last reply

We're planning to fly to Vancouver in early August, then travel to Langley, Washington, before ending up in Seattle. Since Langley is well north of Seattle and although we had planned to fly from Vancouver to Seattle, we're wondering if there's a better way to go. The air option includes early arrival at Vancouver, then car rental and a drive from Seattle airport (which is south of the city) up north to Langley. Wouldn't a car rental in Vancouver and drive straight to Langley be more efficient. I realize that there would be time spent at the border plus a dropoff charge. But even so, doesn't this make more sense? Or is there another option that's more worthwhile?
