We'll be spending 6 days at a condo in Park City. We've skied the Utah resorts numerous times on "adults-only" trips but this is the first time taking our 3-year along. Which of the PC-area resorts has the best ski school? (We'll have a car.) What fun toddler activities can you recommend other than skiing? Kid-friendly restaurants in PC? Off-the-beaten-track ideas? Thanks for your input!

With a three year old, you're looking less for a good ski school and more for a resort that offers childcare. A lot of them don't start until the kids are four. So check that first.
Deer Valley has the best ski school. I'd rate Alta second best. Check the age requirements for ski school. I recall that some Utah resorts don't start kids until 4 (I don't recall which ones, sorry) but most ski resorts require them to be 3 and potty trained.
Helpful hint: my kids went to ski school when they were 3, and they were exhausted at the end of the day. Don't plan on too many late nights.
