Only one I have gone with is Slick Rock Air out of Moab.
A retired gentlemen(very fit) was our pilot. He told us that he rode bicycles all the time. He was retired chief park ranger for canyonlands. He gave us an excellent tour. It was in a small 4 seater plane(3 plus the pilot). I assume they have larger plane if you have more in your party. We just did the canyonlands flyover(they do go to Monument Valley). We saw a ton from the air. The Chocolate Drops were the most interesting thing we saw-very cool from the air. Saw many large arches that would take a day to hike to each.
I am contemplating a balloon ride over Bryce or Goblin Valley in June. There is also a biplane ride near Bryce that looks interesting.
Some of the canyoneering and rafting in Moab suggest using an airplane for the return portion of your trip. If you do either one of those, you could easily tack on air with that and still see a lot.
Thank You!! You have yourself a great trip. We also are heading out there in June!
