US Airways or United with dog?

If you were to fly with a dog in cabin, which airlines would you prefer? US Airways or United? (These are the only two that fly non-stop to my destination) Thanks!!

They also code share so even if you book on one, you may well be flying on the other. It's likely the two flights you are looking at, are one & the same.

If it IS on a United aircraft I would opt for no less than Economy Plus if it is available.

I'd imagine that you already know weight/size restrictions for in cabin pets?

As BeachBoi indicates, those limited pet reservations can go fast so don't delay in making them.

Yea Yea Yea, been researching all about flying with a dog. She weighs 6.5 lbs so I don't think she's too big <G> We're making our reservations today. Been told to book a center or aisle seat since the window seats don't have as much room for the Sherpa. We do have some flexibility so if our first choice flight is full we'll adjust.
Interesting about the code sharing, the plane for both airlines is an Airbus so that sounds like they are the same.
Thanks,

Reservations have been made, whew! Thanks, everyone for the help. No problem getting the dog's reservation, which is what I was worried most about.

We're all set,
Serendipity42 (can you tell I don't fly often, lol!)

Wannabe was correct, they were the same flight. Went to the United website & the flight info said it was a US Airways flight. So we booked by calling US Airways.
