UK travel to US: Are these airfares expensive?

Jump to last reply

I hope you can help. My daughter is getting married in Las Vegas end of August. We are combining it with an holiday in Florida (which we love). It is 10 months off her wedding but the few agents we have visited (and websites) suggest an airfare in excess of £1000 per person and there is four of us (this equates, I think, with $1, 500). This price includes flight Manchester to Orlando, Tampa to LV, and LV to Manchester.

Question 1 Does this seem a reasonable price?
2 Should we wait longer expecting prices to fall?
3 Any website tips - we will try expedia.

I will also post on the Airline Forum.

Many thanks
