Treasure Island holiday boat parade - viewing spot

I will be staying at Treasure Island this weekend and I want to watch the holiday boat parade. I won't have a car. What are my best options? I will be going myself and would prefer a quiet spot where I can take good photos, but I will take whatever I can get!

The website http://www.mytreasureisland.org/boatparade.htm suggests these places:
115th Avenue on Isle of Palms
Treasure Island Causeway Bridge
Kingfish Drive at John's Pass (Gator's Cafe & Saloon)
Blind Pass Bridge (between Treasure Island & St. Pete Beach)

Are these good spots? Can I walk to them from my hotel (near the Bilmar)?

Thanks in advance.
