Yes, you will need a visa, so apply for one at the nearest US Embassy or Consulate. Perhaps you can do it on line as well. I don't know what the cost is.

If you mean visiting the USA - yes, travel will be more expensive her than in Poland - especially hotels in big cities. On the other hand, consumer goods, especially electronics - are usually cheaper here (big discounts since it's such a large, competitive market).
You need to apply at the embassy I believe for a visa - no idea of cost.

If you follow the rules, prove that you WILL leave the U.S. at the end of your visit, and do not have a criminal record; you should have no problem. Be sure to bring the documentation needed to show that you WILL return to Poland -- the burden is on YOU to prove YOUR case.
