Actually, I know someone who did drive from Florida to Alaska !(going for a cruise and afraid to fly), but number of days is meaningless. It's easy for you to find the number of miles, and easy enough for you to divide by the number of miles you're willing to drive per day. Anyone trying this drive usually plans to make long (days long) stops along the way, so what they did wouldn't really have any relevance for you

Go to Mapquest.com, plug in your city and where in Alaska you are going to. It will give you the miles, hours etc. You can even plug in stops along the way.
