Has anyone used this company before and would recommend it? I am getting ready to make a reservation with them and want reassurance. Thanks!

We have used them and since they accept a credit card you should be OK. Always a good idea to check with the rental property (hotel, condo owner etc) that your travel agent has reserved the room etc.
We booked our honeymoon through them (we leave next month). I thought they were great. If you have any questions, let me know.
Just returned from a two week trip to Maui. I can say one thing about Travel- Hawaii and they were GREAT!!! Ask for James. You will be very happy.
Just had to say I worked with James too - and he was fantastic!
Topping for Grcxx3
I don't have any experience with this company but I can tell you I found better rates by booking direct than they have on their site. I have a rate of $279 for ocean view at JW Ihilani with Marriot Rewards card (not redeeming points, just having card) and the rate their site quoted was well about $350.00 Then I checked our next hotel, the Renaissance Wailea - we have a Mokapu Beachfront room for $310.00 with entertainment card and their rate was $529!!!
If you want to use a travel agent they may be great, but you should check out options on your own too!
