When travelling to NYC from the south, I
can park my car overnight at Metropark in
Iselin, NJ and the NJT takes me right to
Penn Station. I know the LIRR goes to Grand
Central, but are there any CT stations that
provide overnight parking so I don't have
to drive into the city from that direction?
I would appreciate any information.
Train Station to NYC with overnight parking?

Sure. New Haven train station accommodates overnight parking. Fairfield and Westport allow parking overnight in their outdoor lots too. Middays are an issue though with commuters filling the lots early.
This is for Metronorth trains into Grand Central.
I can't help you with overnight stations, but want to let you know that the LIRR does NOT go to Grand Central. It goes to Penn Station.
Stamford train station has a parking garage where you can park overnight
Thank you for your responses. Penn
Station or Grand Central are both
satisfactory for me. I felt sure
there would be overnight parking options, I just wasn't sure where to
look. The info is greatly appreciated.
