Thanksgiving in Vegas for a Vegie, Help!

Hey fellow travelers!

I am going to spend Thanksgiving in Las Vegas with my hubby, son and a friend. I am having a hard time finding a place for dinner on Thanksgiving night. It seems most places have a set menu of turkey and mashed potatoes. Three in our group eat meat, however, I am a vegetarian which is making for a challenging search. Any suggestions of good places (not over 50.00 or so per person) where we can all find a good meal? We splurged last year and went to Sage at Aria and it was very expensive and the food was just not good much less vegie friendly. Help, please! All suggestions appreciated!!
