I'm not aware of any specific tour that leaves from Huntington Beach, but you might check with one of the larger hotels. They may have a tour connection.

Consider renting a car and driving to Temecula. The wineries are all located in the same general area. It's easy to drive from winery to winery as long as you have a designated driver.
You'll find wineries that offer dining and lodging. During the summer you might want to check out the winery concert schedules as well. Lots of fun!
