Tatanka Ranch or Quartz Mountain Resort

Has anyone stayed at either of these places? I am considering 2 nights at one or the other. My goal is being in the middle of no-where for a couple of days (yet being comfortable with a full service restaurant) and just enjoying outdoor activities. Never been to Oklahoma (will be driving from Dallas to Little Rock) and thought either of these might be good.
