I'm am going to Table Rock Lake over Labor Day weekend and am looking for lakeside accomodations that are clean and pleasant to inhabit. Pets allowed is a plus. Any suggestions?

Valerie,
I have spent some time at the Big Cedar Lodge at Ridgeway, Mo, which is on Table Rock and it is about 10 miles from Branson. It is owned by Bass Pro Shops. If this interests you, let me know, I have a number. It is very clean and I would recommend it to anyone.

Besides Big Cedar, check out Chateau on the Lake (pricy), Still Waters (ask for Tammy at 800 number), and Nighthawk.
