suites hotel or rental

There are 6 friends meeting in NOLA for a long weekend in October.
We would like a suites hotel or condo/house rental close to the French Quarter and Jazz venues. Would like the ability to have a refrig, coffee pot and microwave minimally.
Any recommendations for us? Thank you.
