Steelhead fishing in Kenai Alaska

Knowing when to go could be key depending on what you want to catch. http://www.widespreadfishing.com/fishing.htm

I was actually surprised to learn that there's actually a steelhead fishery on the Kenai. I've not heard of that firm, but it looks like they're based in SE Alaska, not Kenai, so I wonder where they'll actually take him.
Is he a fly fisherman or are they talking about a drift boat on the Kenai River or some other place or using spin tackle...?
In mid-September there will still be coho (silver) salmon in the Kenai, also the usual supply of fat rainbows or Dolly Varden trout, so the fishing ought to be good. But no idea (and certainly no experience) with steelies. More info, please. Cost?
