St. Louis - Memorial Day Wknd

What festivals, etc., will be celebrated in St. Louis this Memorial Day? When we visited many years ago (I think it was M-Day, but could have been Labor day), I think there was kind of joint festival in Laclede's Landing and at Union Station (they were trying to get people to use the MetroLink, which was relatively new then). Looking primarily for family friendly events. We will be car-less, relying on public transport for the weekend. Any other thoughts are appreciated, also. Thx.
