St. Joe's, MI in Aug, for 8 friends - need recs.

We are college friends in their 40's and are planning a mini-reunion of sorts this August in St. Joe's/Stevensville - there are 8 of us and would like recs. on things to do see for adults- no kids this trip. The guys are golfers, girls are shoppers and talkers (some beach time factored in) - group activity idea or restaurant rec would be great. Also would love any ideas you have for a gift for the host - Chicagoan whose summer home we're all descending on for four days.
