splurge restaurant in Cleveland

Any ideas for a great splurge restaurant in Cleveland?

Thanks for the help.

Still looking for an answer?? I'd say Johnny's on Fulton. Just went there for the first time last week. . . . very cool atmosphere, great food, and very spendy. Total splurge. It is Italian food -- great variety of seafood, steak, veal, and veg dishes. Not such a great neighborhood, though.

If you found something else, where did you go and did you like it?

Lola, if you can actually get a reservation. Tremont, which is a rather trendy neighborhood across the river from downtown, has a ton of great restaurants. My favorite is Parallax, but Lolita (sister to Lola) and Fahrenheit are also great.

Sorry I am just seeing this -- we went to WONDERFUL restaurants in Cleveland a couple of months ago.

The tops -- Farenheit -- a drive from downtown, in a transitional area.

Also, we enjoyed Fire, Food, and Drink (Water?) in Shaker Square.
