Special Bed and Breakfast

I am looking for a high quality bed and breakfast in a scenic area of either northeast or eastcentral Kentucky. My husband and I celebrate our anniversary in a different state every year and I am having a difficult time finding a really nice spot in Kentucky. We like to eat well and are into the outdoors. Does anyone have a special place to suggest?
