Where can I get a "day of beauty" for affordable prices and get quality spa treatments in CT.
Definitely would like to hear more about the Spa in Norwich or Old Saybrook.

We like Adam Broderick's in Ridgefield, CT. Their web site is www.adambroderick.com
Both Norwich and Saybrook Point offer top notch spa/resort setups. Saybrook Point is at the mouth of the CT river and is much smaller than Norwich. The hotel and spa are both beautiful.
Norwich features a much larger spa and has a great setup with sitting rooms and such. I think both of them offer similar services, but Norwich is a cut above in the spa experience. I like the hotel and restaurant at Saybrook better.
Gee Noelle, you wouldn't happen to be doing some market research for Noelle the day spa in Stamford would you?
If not, there is a day spa called "Noelle" in Stamford. I like Dermaclinic in Westport, it's close by and I think a bit better than Noelle. Those are the only 2 I've been to in CT. Neither is what I'd call affordable. Dermaclinic facial is about $85, massage is $80-$100, manicure is about $25.
I wish I could get a cut from Noelle. I have been there, although I didnt experience anything negative, I heard the staff there can be very rude. I am really intereted in spas closer to the Newington/West Hartford area.
Not sure what treatments you're looking for - but 2 small places are: In Cromwell - Parisian's. They have alot of treatments - most I've had were pretty good. In Glastonbury, Bria Day Spa - I had GREAT massages there and the best facial you can get (Joanna is the owner as well as does the facials).
I like the Victorian Day Spa; its on Park Ave in West Hartford. Here is a link:

There's a nice spa/salon in Old Wethersfield. It's a beautiful area with many historic homes.
Sorry about that, I forgot to tell you, the name is Blades.
