Southbound lanes at San Ysidro Border Crossing close for 57 hrs.

If you're planning to drive into Mexico this weekend, you'll be diverted to the crossing at Otay Mesa. Both the I-5S and the I-805S will divert traffic on to State Route 905. This closure begins at 3am tomorrow, Saturday 23rd and the road re-opens at 12pm on Monday 25th. The reason is major construction of the roadway at the border crossing.

This will not affect northbound traffic.
