South Metro New Years Eve suggestion

Im looking for a place a couple can go for New Years Eve dinner. We would like to 'dress up' (shirt/tie, dress). I live in Eagan (Thomas Lake area), so would like to stay in the south metro area if possible. We love exploring new places, and like all kinds of food.
Any thoughts?
